Does Sokavo sell the products?
No. Sokavo does not sell products or process customer payments. Purchases are completed directly with each vendor.
How do I place an order?
Open the vendor’s website from Sokavo, then use that business’s own checkout, payment method and customer service process.
Who handles shipping and returns?
The vendor handles shipping, returns, taxes, fulfilment and customer support for purchases made on its website.
Can I use Sokavo internationally?
Sokavo is designed for international discovery. Whether a product can be sold or shipped to you depends on the individual vendor.
How does the Shopping Concierge work?
Tell the Concierge who you are shopping for and what you have in mind. It searches approved, publicly visible Sokavo product records and suggests discovery paths; it does not place orders.
How often are vendor products updated?
For vendors who enable it and meet the requirements, Sokavo can scan their approved website sitemap on a recurring schedule. Products remain subject to vendor permission and Sokavo moderation.
How do vendors apply?
Vendors can use the Apply to Join Sokavo link on the vendor page. Applications are reviewed before a business appears publicly.
Do vendors need their own website?
Yes. The current launch offer is for independent businesses with an active website that customers can use for direct purchases.
What does the Sokavo vendor subscription include?
The subscription includes a Sokavo vendor profile, directory inclusion, eligible product discovery, Shopping Concierge referrals and optional consent-aware conversion tracking.
How long is the free trial?
The current vendor offer includes a 30-day free trial.
What is the monthly price after the trial?
The current price is $20 per month after the free trial.
Can vendors use their own POS and website?
Yes. Vendors continue using their own website, POS, checkout, payment processor, shipping arrangements, customer service and fulfilment systems.
How does referral and conversion tracking work?
Sokavo referral links may include an opaque click ID. Vendors may voluntarily install a consent-aware conversion tag. Reports may be reported or verified depending on the integration, and Sokavo should not receive personally identifiable customer information.
Does Sokavo use third-party cookies?
Sokavo’s referral and conversion feature does not use third-party advertising cookies. Tracking is consent-aware, and vendors remain responsible for their own notices and legal compliance.
