I understand that my business is responsible for customer service, shipping, returns and fulfilment. I give Sokavo permission to scan my submitted website for publicly available product information, if I apply as a website vendor. I give Sokavo permission to display approved business, product and image information that I provide or that is verified on my website. I give Sokavo permission to create opaque referral links to my website or approved Sokavo pages.

Vendor eligibility and product policy

Sokavo currently does not accept political merchandise, including campaign materials, candidate or political-party merchandise, political slogans, or products intended to promote a political position, movement, or cause. This applies to website and hosted-storefront vendors, physical and digital products, and products discovered through sitemaps or added or updated after approval. Print-on-demand products remain subject to Sokavo's existing vendor and product rules.

Sokavo reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a vendor, product, design, slogan, listing, or marketing message falls within the political-merchandise category. Sokavo may request clarification, decline an application, withhold publication, unpublish a product, remove a listing, or suspend review of a vendor or product under this policy. Checking this box does not guarantee approval.

Adult-content policy

Sokavo may accept lawful adult products, including lingerie, intimate apparel, adult toys and related accessories, but does not permit pornography or sexually explicit content. Vendors are responsible for following this policy and all applicable laws. Read the adult-content policy.

I understand that Sokavo may accept lawful adult products, but does not permit pornography or sexually explicit content. I agree that my listings, images, storefront, profile, promotional materials, emails, and reviews will follow Sokavo’s adult-content policy.

Weapons, violence, horror and fictional-content policy

Lawful vintage, display, artistic, historical and fictional products may be permitted, but prohibited weapons, weapon-making files, violent instructions, real-world threats and content that promotes or encourages real-world violence are not. Vendors are responsible for applicable laws in every relevant jurisdiction. Read the weapons and violence policy.

I understand Sokavo’s weapons, violence, horror, and fictional-content policy. I confirm that I will not sell prohibited weapons, weapon-making files, violent instructions, real-world threats, or content that promotes or encourages real-world violence. I understand that fictional and artistic violence may be permitted when it is not presented as a real-world threat.

Drug and regulated-products policy

Sokavo strictly prohibits illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug-manufacturing materials, drug-evasion products and services that facilitate illegal drug activity. Cannabis, hemp, CBD, THC and cannabinoid products may be listed only where lawful and permitted by the vendor’s payment processor and all applicable laws. Vendors must maintain required licenses and documentation. Read the drug and regulated-products policy.

I understand that Sokavo strictly prohibits illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug-manufacturing materials, drug-evasion products, and services that facilitate illegal drug activity. I understand that cannabis, hemp, CBD, THC, and cannabinoid products may only be listed where lawful and where permitted by the vendor’s payment processor and all applicable laws. I am solely responsible for verifying legal compliance, maintaining required licenses and documentation, and meeting all payment-processor, shipping, labeling, testing, tax, advertising, and safety requirements.

Comprehensive prohibited and regulated-products policy

Sokavo is a marketing, discovery and storefront platform. Vendors use their own payment processor for customer purchases and remain responsible for applicable law, product safety, licensing, taxes, shipping, wildlife/conservation, imports/exports and payment-processing requirements. Sokavo does not automatically ban lawful products merely because they are regulated, unusual, vintage, controversial or legally complex, but may act on clear violations or significant identifiable risks. I understand that Sokavo is a marketing, discovery, and storefront platform. Its policies apply to content listed, displayed, imported, linked, promoted, or marketed through Sokavo, including vendor profiles, hosted storefronts, emails, reviews, feeds, and discovery pages. For my independent website, Sokavo policies apply only to content displayed or promoted through Sokavo; Sokavo does not require me to change lawful content that remains solely on my own website, and I may continue lawful activity there if Sokavo declines a listing. Sokavo may choose not to list, promote, feature, link to, or market a product through Sokavo. These limits do not apply to explicitly illegal content, exploitation, fraud, threats, unlawful violence, prohibited goods, immediate safety risks, or restrictions required by law or valid legal request. If Sokavo rejects or removes a listing that is not explicitly illegal, I will receive the listing identification, policy category, reason, correction instructions where possible, and an opportunity to appeal. The listing remains unpublished while the appeal is reviewed unless Sokavo determines the removal was an error. Sokavo may act without waiting for an appeal where it reasonably believes content is illegal, facilitates illegal activity, creates an immediate safety risk, or must be removed to comply with law or a valid legal request. Sokavo may suspend or terminate membership as permitted by law and the Vendor Terms when continued participation creates significant risk to customers, vendors, the platform, payment processing, reputation, or legal compliance. Ending membership does not itself mean that all of my products or independent website content are illegal. I remain responsible for my own website, products, and legal obligations. Vendors must use their own payment-processing accounts for customer purchases. Sokavo processes vendor membership and subscription payments only. Vendors remain responsible for customer payments, disputes, taxes, shipping, fulfilment, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer service. I will not use Sokavo to promote pornography, sexually explicit content, firearms, prohibited weapons, weapon-making materials, real-world violence, illegal drugs, exploitation, fraud, counterfeit goods, malware, pyramid schemes, recruitment-based business opportunities, or other clearly prohibited activity. Sokavo does not automatically ban lawful products merely because they are regulated, unusual, vintage, controversial, or legally complex.
