Yes. Vendors approved for the hosted-storefront option can create a Sokavo storefront page for their business and approved products, subject to onboarding and payment setup.

Do vendors need their own website?

Not for every vendor path. Website vendors use their own site; approved hosted-storefront vendors can present and sell approved products through a storefront page on Sokavo.

Where do customers place orders?

Website-vendor orders are placed on the vendor’s own site. Customers can also shop through an approved Sokavo storefront, where checkout uses the vendor’s connected payment account.

Who handles orders and customer service?

The vendor remains the seller and handles payment account setup, taxes, fulfilment, shipping, returns and customer service.
